Our small, quaint, home-like environment provides customizable living studio apartments with both direct parking lot access and back patios. Our community is designed with the needs and preferences of the independent senior in mind; offering living options to fit the unique social and financial needs of our residents. 

Magnolia Village provides maintenance-free, worry-free living! Maintenance free living means our residents can focus on what matters most and may schedule their days to be as busy or as quiet as they prefer.  Our community offers a supportive, caring, experienced staff, a variety of home-cooked meals along with housekeeping and maintenance for the ultimate retirement experience. As a small community, we have the opportunity to develop meaningful, close knit relationships and become more like family. Amenities include three home cooked meals daily - cooked with Alabama pride- with alternative selections, laundry and housekeeping services, beauty salon and barber services, private dining room for family functions and a large community dining and entertainment accommodation.

Magnolia Village is also on a campus with Magnolia Ridge, a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility. Our residents have access to occupational, physical and speech therapy services, as well as the benefit of additional levels of care should the need arise.

As part of our holistic approach to maximize quality of life, we are a pet friendly community. We are also pleased to offer furnished accommodations for shorter stays for those that wish to try out our maintenance free lifestyle.
