Cyndi Edwards

Cyndi is a lifelong Alabama proud native who cooks a mean pulled pork barbecue and has a passion for working with seniors and Veterans. She comes to Magnolia Village with 25 plus years in the Birmingham area senior care field. Having worked in several divisions of senior care, she brings a diverse knowledge as well as long time relationships in the area. Married 33 years to SMSgt. USAF Wade Edwards, Cyndi has been connected to the 117th ARW for more than 3 decades, serving as a Key Spouse mentor to newer military spouses. Cyndi brings the benefits of her knowledge and established military relationships to the senior community, coordinating veteran’s social events and education on senior living, veteran’s benefits, support networks and programs.  

When not at work, Cyndi has two children, one son in law, farm animals and pets, runs a homestead making her own butter, jam and more (her homemade salsa is widely sought after during football season).  Cyndi’s passion for seniors is evident in the fun and out of the box happenings at Magnolia Village. It’s clear they enjoy her (and her fantastic cooking) as much as she does them.
